We are interested on the effect of osmolytes on protein structure, stability, and fibrillation propensity. We are also studying the effect of molecular crowding and confinement on the fibrillation of proteins. We are investigating these phenomena using spectroscopic and microscopic methods. We also employ computational modeling and dynamic simulation to understand the molecular mechanisms behind these effects.
